Senior Property Administrator

Technica is accepting applications for the position of Senior Property Administrator at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Assist Supervisor as required
  • Performs the work of Supervisor in the Supervisor’s absence
  • Responsible for management of all Government furnished property for the 980K project
  • Ensures all property management procedures and associated official records are maintained under the terms of the contract and the 980K requirements
  • Monitors the storage, utilization, transfers, acquisition, and disposal of property
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports to the customer and Project Manager
  • Performs audits to ensure property and records are properly maintained
  • Enters all Property records into PBUSE or GCSS-Army as required
 
Qualifications
 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the above responsibilities.
  • Must have the ability to gain cooperation and coordinate the work of others.
  • Must be capable to adjust work operations to meet emergency or changing program or production requirements within the available resources and with minimum sacrifice to quantity and quality of work.
  • Must be able to establish program objectives or performance goals and assess progress.
  • Experience in Installation Property Book Office/Officer (IPBO)is recommended.
  • Experience utilizing the PBUSE/GCSS-A systems is recommended.
  • Experience working in ISO 9001 is preferred.
  • Must have the experience with all Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have excellent skills in verbal and written communications.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
