Inventory Manager

Location: Richmond, Virginia
Technica LLC is accepting application for the position of Inventory Manager located in Richmond, Virginia

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversees the inventory operations of Government-owned mission stock
  • Directs employees engaged in conducting DSS inventories, researching inventory discrepancies, and documenting gains and losses through causative research, performing denial research, item data maintenance, and location surveys
  • Responsible for ensuring the inventory integrity of the Government-owned mission stock meets the Acceptable Performance Levels (APLs) outlined in the contract
  • Plans the use of subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials based on workload projections on a weekly or monthly basis
  • Establishes deadlines, priorities, and work sequences in accordance with general work schedules, methods, and policies established by the Site Manager and/or Alternate Site Manager 
  • Redirects workers and resources to accomplish unanticipated work and to accommodate daily workload fluctuations
  • Conducts planning of current and future work schedules, providing workload data, estimates, information on staffing needs, and recommendations as to the scheduling of projected work
  • Ensures work is done properly and efficiently in accordance with the terms and condition of the contract  
  • Uses DSS and other Government provided Data Systems to perform the requirements in the PWS. 

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in inventory using DSS or equivalent automated WMS within the past five  years
  • Must have the ability to obtain and retain a NACI clearance to receive a CAC card
