Assistance Transportation Motor Pool Supervisor

Location: Fort Bliss, TX
Technica LLC seeks to fill an Assistant Transportation Motor Pool Supervisor position to perform on a Government contract with a place of performance at Ft. Bliss, TX.
  • Primary mission focus of the Assistant Supervisor is the DoMaD Bus support for DPTMS Mobilization and Deployment mission.
  • Responsible for coordinating daily transportation routes, vehicles used, number of drivers; prepares and organizes a daily transportation schedule to ensure the timely transportation of all approved routes.
  • Provide statistical analysis reports from data base in order to find ways to increase efficiency and lower cost.
  • Effective communication skills (e.g. face to face with customers when required). 
  • On a daily basis, prepares written transportation and pre-trip inspection reports. Daily/Weekly reports are compiled for a monthly report.
  • Will verify accuracy of final reporting submitted.
  • Oversees submission of scheduling to Union, PM and other required parties.

  • Valid State Issued Driver’s License.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • The Contractor shall employ only persons able to communicate and understand English.
  • 2 Years Supervisory Experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • All Applicants Must Pass a National Agency Background Check and be able to receive a CAC Card.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Professional Telephone Etiquette.
  • Familiarity with the Greater Fort Bliss Military Installation (to include East Fort Bliss, McGregor Range, Dona Anna Base Camp, Oro Grande, Tobin Wells, and White Sands Missile Range).
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s License is Desired.
