Warehouse Specialist

Location: Pearl Harbor, Hawaii
Technica LLC (Technica) seeks to fill the position of Warehouse Specialist for DLA Distribution Warehousing Operations at Pearl Harbor, HI.  
 
Duties:
 
  • Performs a variety of inventory duties requiring an understanding of the establishment’s storage plan.  Work involves most of the following: While utilizing Material Access Technology (MAT) and JRC Tracking verifies materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; performs Receipt, Stow, Kitting and Notification/Issue processing of the material as well as Transports material in and between warehouses.
  • Performs storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage
  • May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties. 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Must be knowledgeable in DD1348-1A receipt processing, Navy requisitions, inventorying, supply operations, data entry into personal computers and scanning devices, and possess an understanding of storage plans.  Must possess a motor vehicle and forklift license.
  • Shall be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing the English language and shall possess the qualifications and certifications as follows
  • Uses DSS, MAT, JRC Tracking and other Government Data Systems resolving common error conditions, responds to computer output instructions or error conditions, following standard operating procedures.
  • Experience shall include a minimum of one (1) years’ experience using MAT or equivalent WMS within the past five (5) years.
  • This position requires an active Secret clearance.  Must be able to maintain Secret clearance during employment.
