Quality Control Inspector

Location: Fort Bliss, Texas
Technica is recruiting for a full time Quality Control Inspector on a Government contract with a place of performance at Ft. Bliss, TX. This is an exempt position and will report directly to the Quality Manager.
 
Work includes the following tasks:
 
·        Implements quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable regulations.
·        Inspects all phases of a variety of goods, services or operation for conformity to established quality, health and safety, and other operational standards by performing on-going work for compliance with contractual provisions.
·        Ensures all services listed on the performance requirement summary are performed in a satisfactory manner.
·        Maintains Quality Control files.
·        Performs surveillance audits.
·        Issues internal corrective action report for all non-compliant processes and procedures.
·        Assisting supervisors with determining Root Causes of Non-compliant processes and procedures.
·        Documents results of all inspections.
·        Uses technical manuals (TM), technical bulletins (TB), and written directives in the performance of all inspections.
·        Must be familiar with AR 7501, AR 7355, DA PAM 7508, and other Army Regulations applicable to maintenance services.
·        Must be familiar with Modification Work-Orders (MWOs) and Modification Management Information System (MMIS) is preferred.
·        Must be familiar with Technical Manuals (TMs), MAC times, engineering standards, and regulatory standards.
·        Must be familiar with Army Transportation functions, to include: PPPO, Unit Movements, Rail, and Freight operations.
·        Must be failure with Army Supply functions.
 
 
Requirements:
 
·        Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
·        Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
·        Must be computer literate.
·        Must possess a current and valid state driver’s license.
