Procurement/Financial Analyst

Location: Barstow, CA
Technica LLC seeks to fill the position of Procurement/Financial Analyst on a Government contract with a place of performance at Barstow, CA.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Files and tracks contracting related documents (paper or electronic)
  • Reviews, edits and tracks procurement packages to ensure timely, complete submittals
  • Prepares recurring and special reports and compiles statistics
  • Performs contract administration support functions
  • Performs or advises on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration.
  • Analyzes and recommends costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of the organization’s program and administrative operations.
  • Provides advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization’s program and administrative operations.
  • Formulates of budget and cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities.
  • Develops, determines, and interprets budgetary policies and practices.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance is desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of finance or accounting experience required.
  • Advance skillset in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Must have the ability to gain cooperation and coordinate the work of others.
  • Must be able to establish program objectives or performance goals and assess progress.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
